Our Commitment to Social Values and Responsibility
At Sense Sensory, we believe that businesses have a responsibility to contribute positively to society. We want to take a moment to reflect on the social values that define us and the partnerships that enable us to make a meaningful impact. Here are three ways we are proudly fulfilling our commitment to social responsibility.
1. Partnering with Dreams Come True to Support Underprivileged Areas
We are proud to announce our growing partnership with Dreams Come True, a UK charity dedicated to fulfilling dreams for children with serious or life-limiting conditions.
Through this collaboration, we have worked together on projects that bring sensory experiences to children who need them most. One such initiative was the creation of a sensory room in Liverpool for Runcorn Children’s Centre, where we ensured that the space met the needs of children with a variety of sensory requirements.
Additionally, we have worked closely with families on an individual basis. In one instance, a family supported by Dreams Come True required a mobile sensory panel rather than a fixed one. Despite this being outside our standard offerings, our team went above and beyond to create a bespoke solution. Not only did this meet the child’s needs, but it also provided cost savings for the charity, allowing their funds to stretch further.

Closer to home, we are passionate about giving back to our local community in Hockley. We have been actively supporting Roots Hawkwell CIC, a small but impactful community interest company (CIC) that focuses on wellbeing, education, and community support.
As a company, we have not only donated resources but also volunteered our time to assist with their initiatives. We believe that strong local communities make for a stronger society overall, and we are proud to contribute to their mission.
” My name’s Louise and I run a small community based not for profit in Essex called Roots Hawkwell CIC. We have recently undertaken the task of renovating an old scout hall and community garden. I am really grateful to Sense Sensory for their support with this project, both with a monetary donation towards it but also physically coming to help with the unenviable task of clearing brambles! We are so grateful for their support!”
