Change-of-mind returns for business orders are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed in advance. Where a return is agreed, the goods must be returned in a clean, re-saleable condition. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Please inspect all goods promptly upon delivery and notify us of any damage or shortages within 3 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
